I am a Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete under Jeff Serafin owner of Serafin Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in the Chicago-land area. I teach and co-manage our martial arts school, Capital MMA & Elite Fitness in Takoma Park, Maryland, alongside my husband Jay Ferrari, who is a Royce Gracie Black Belt. I am a Pan Am & Masters Worlds medalist and IBJJF multiple time champ and double gold champ at Blue and Purple belt. I am sponsored by Fuji Sports. Jiu-jitsu is my life and it is my passion to spread my love of the art and sport through teaching!
